Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• New, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Shoes must be in their original box with no signs of use.
• Accessories (e.g., Wrist Wraps) must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Water Bottles (for hygiene reasons).
• Final Sale Items (marked at checkout as non-refundable).

Refund & Exchange Process
